Rats and mice can sometimes gain access to your property or business premises and it is always best to treat them as early as possible to avoid damage and hygiene issues.

Signs to look out for:

Droppings: Mice droppings are small, about the size of a rice grain and normally are black or brownish in colour. Rat droppings are the same colour but larger like the size of a raisin.

Foul Smells: It is common to smell rat or mice urine if the infestation is high and more likely to notice in attic areas when the urinate on the insulation.

Chewing: Rats and mice are rodents and have a constant need to chew and keep their teeth from overgrowing so sometimes you can notice areas in your house chewed or sometimes food products may have been ripped open.
